Common Login Problems & Solutions

1. Invalid Credentials

If you see this error, check your Caps Lock. Use the "Forgot Password" option if you cannot remember it. Do not try more than 3 times, or your account may be temporarily locked.

2. OTP Not Received

Wait for at least 2 minutes. Check your SMS spam folder. Do not click "Resend OTP" more than 3 times in 10 minutes. Restart your phone if necessary.
